  男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2009年9月博士后出站留所工作(2018.3-2019.7在美国Dartmouth College访学)。中国民航局民航低空地理信息与航路重点实验室总工程师,中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会卫生地理信息专委会秘书长,中国自然资源学会自然资源信息系统专业委员会委员,高级程序员、信息系统高级项目管理师(工信部和人社部),高级工程师(中国卫星通讯集团)。曾获中国卫生信息学会优秀论文奖,测绘科技进步一等奖,中国自然资源学会青年科技奖,地理信息科技进步三等奖等;研发的系统获国家重点新产品、北京市金桥奖等。


研究领域和方向

  主要从事:(1)环境与健康时空信息分析与建模;(2)无人机遥感数据挖掘与深度学习;(3)GIS和RS应用理论研究、软件体系架构和软件研发。

 

科研业绩

  多年来坚持研究同时不放弃软件系统开发,先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家科技重大专项、国家高分辨率对地观测重大专项、国家科技支撑计划、中科院知识创新、中德国际合作、世行贷款等项目和课题50多项。先后在北京数字空间科技有限公司、北京天下图数据技术有限公司担任软件开发总监、总工程师、副总经理等职,完成100余个应用平台/应用系统的开发,参与取得软件著作权100余项,独立取得软件著作权证书48项;取得国家授权发明专利12项;发表各类科研论文80余篇,其中SCI/SSCI论文40余篇(中科院分区二区及以上20多篇);SCI期刊International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health专刊(Geo-Environment and Geo-Health: Interdisciplinarity, Fusion and Application)特邀学术编辑;合作专著1部,参与编写专著2部,标准1册。撰写咨询报告6份,其中4份被中央办公厅/国务院办公厅采纳,3份被国家领导人批示。
