付品德博士简历 

1994-1997年，在中国科学院自然资源综合科学考察委员会攻读硕士学位 

1997－2000年，在美国堪萨斯大学攻读地理信息系统方向博士学位 

2000至今，在ESRI美国总部工作，任应用开发部项目主管和高级软件框架师 

负责和承担多项GIS工程和项目。负责研发的高级应急地理信息系统，2006年获得ESRI国际用户大会特殊成就奖；负责研发的美国地理信息一站式门户，2006获得American Council for Technology颁发的Excellence.Gov奖。
