科研业绩:

    建立的高气候变异下的自然波动与趋势性变化区分方法,以及基于长序列遥感数据变化检测结果的空间结构分析以及精度评价方法,支撑了环境保护部年度生态环境质量评估工作,生态环境监测与评价技术体系研究与业务化相关成果获得了国家环境保护科学技术奖二等奖(2014)。建立面了向环境管理的生态环境质量评价与国家财政转移支付效果绩效考核方法及业务化运行系统,支撑了国家重点功能区800余县的年度考核工作,国家重点功能区县域生态保护绩效评价技术研究与业务化应用相关成果,获得了国家环境保护科学技术奖二等奖(2015)。研发的全国土壤污染状况调查数据库与集成应用系统全面支撑了我国第一次土壤环境质量调查的数据集成与分析工作,编制的《中华人民共和国土壤环境质量图集》全面反映了我国土壤环境质量调查的基本现状,相关研究工作得到了相关部门的高度认可,获得了环境保护部全国第一次土壤污染调查优秀集体表彰。
